My Versa 2 isn't tracking steps accurately at all - I've restarted it numerous times. For example, today my phone (Samsung Health) is showing I've walked almost 5,200 steps and my Versa, which should show more since I don't always carry my phone, shows 1,346. I just walked about 200 meters to see if it would show anything, and not a single step was added.

I have tried all of these as well as changing the clock face and still not working. What was the ultimate resolution?
