Starting at work today, my watch was stuck on the logo screen. This was my second one after my last one was stuck on the logo screen and wouldn’t factory reset, so I thought I knew what to do. But it never would go through the factory reset like before. Just stuck on the logo screen. Then maybe 20 minutes later, it was back on the home screen but I couldn’t touch anything nor would the button work. Then it got stuck on the Alexa screen and would flicker between listening and not. Then it went back to the logo screen. This process repeated until it said the battery was dead and the screen went black.
so I took it home and charged it. I left it alone for maybe 3 hours, and it had a weird screen on it, so I took it off the charger. The screen was still black and wouldnt turn on or go through factory reset. So I put it back on. Maybe 10 minutes later, it starts violently vibrating, and would stop when I took it off the charger but then start again when I put it back. Help?
