I've had my versa for about 18 months, and it suddenly won't turn on. I've tried leaving it to charge, changing the plug in case there is an issue, cleaning the charger ports with a soft bristle brush, and holding down the back button to reset it. What else can I do? I'm pretty irritated, 18 months isn't long at all!
