Hi my Versa 2 has switched itself off it has a black screen and no lights at the back. On the app there is a exclamation mark. I have tried holding the button down and nothing happens. I have left it on charge for 4 hours and still nothing any help would be great. It’s also happened to my friends aspire and we can’t get anything working on it

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you plug it into the charger or is it completely unresponsive? Yes mine did this today and still isn't back on . I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works . It isn't vibrating when i plug it up to the charger. The last it synced to my phone was 3:42 this morning while is was on charge and it said on the app 100% . Please help its not even a year old .

Mine is doing the same thing as well and I've only had it since May
