I got a Fitbit versa 2 for Christmas today and I’m trying to get the new spo2 clock face but I need to update it but can’t because there is no prompt to update and I have looked at all of the help for updating posts but no help there pl

Hi there, 

the same is happening to me,

I think you just have to wait a couple days until there’s is a update available. It should pop up in the versa 2 setting on the app.
