Versa Lite screen stopped working

Please help....I have a Versa lite  not able to sync.  The screen is blank  It was buzzing at some point and  when I pressed the side  button  I noticed that the screen changes and  not completely black. I also noticed that  the green light does not show up anymore.

Hello Thank you for getting back to me regarding  regarding  my Versa lite.   My problem still exists my versa still not working. Reading about someone else similar issues.  I believe my  problem is a battery.  Where can I get a battery for watch and how to install? Is there a place where I can take my watch to get repair? Thank you for your time.

Please can someone help me too? I bought my versa lite at Xmas 2019 so should still be under warranty. It works if I hold it and walk round as the app is counting my steps but the screen is completely blank?

I have the same issue! Was fine yesterday and last night I noticed it was dark but it still works!
