Versa 2 not working after factory reset

Hi,

My Fitbit was not syncing to the correct or else it was working fine.

 

I did factory reset and now it is not switching on.

Tried charging, pressing button for long but nothing works.

Please provide some solution.

HI @Nikita270  - there is a known bug in the factory reset that destroys the watch. Eventually when the watch is completely flat and you push the button you may see 0% in red. If so that confirms it no longer works.

 

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

 

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
