My watch all of a sudden stopped functioning properly. The battery is draining really quickly, I’m averaging a day. Previously I was getting up to 5 days. My watch will light up and display the Home Screen, but when I tap the watch it won’t open the apps. I have also noticed an error when charging saying the charger isn’t charging, but then the watch battery does go back up to 100%. . Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Gjon05 - it sounds if it has suffered some internal damage, to check, sync it manually if you can, then use Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second and wait.
Failing that you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset, as the last resort.
If found faulty and still under warranty replace it where you bought it.
