My versa 2 battery drains quickly, I have to charge it every day. Last night it was at 97% and when I woke up it was at 14%. I don't have any notifications on and can't see any reason for it to drain so quickly.
On top of this issue, my fitbit struggles to sync with my phone (android) and my clock face keeps glitching. Sometimes the hour doesn't update and it shows the time 1hr behind, and other times it doesn't show half of the clock face. I've been restarting my fitbit every other day to fix this, but it keeps happening and doesn't matter what clock face I use.

Hi @Katiet098 - unfortunately it sounds as if the watch is damaged, possibly from water accumulating inside, and it is probably not resolvable.
As a first step try changing clock face.
You could still try a factory reset but this isn't without risk, it may not survive or it may not be possible to set it up again.
If it gets hit when charging stop immediately as it confirms the watch is damaged and it is dangerous.

I don't wear my fitbit swimming or in the shower, so I doubt it's water damage.
I've tried changing the clock face, to no avail, however, I am little reluctant to do a factory reset since my fitbit doesn't like connecting with my phone and I don't have the time/patience to spend all day trying to get it reconnected.
I am happy to say it doesn't get hot while charging though! (That happened with my last 2 fitbits, so don't worry, I know to unplug immediately!)
