Same happened to me today, wore Versa 3, while swimming in the ocean and stopped working. It shows nothing, and doesn't wake up, doesn't react to restart button or to charging it. Looks dead. I used to swim in it in ocean and pool for 3 years without problem, but today it stopped working. I don't understand why, nor do i find any hints on Fitbit's Users Manual what to do in this case.

Hi @Emwilson @bence75 - The seals on some watches are not so robust and can deteriorate over time. If the watch is unresponsive suddenly it has failed. Do not attempt to charge if it gets hot as it is dangerous.
If the watch is still under warranty it can be replaced.
