A whole week of not being able to use my Fitbit Versa. Not only that but somehow my last post is suddenly gone. Screen is stuck on clock face, will not change screens when I try, restarted it several times, uninstalled and installed the app, battery drains withing an hour or two, and I changed the clock face several times from what I had to see if it was just the clock face. I contacted support and all they said was my warranty was no longer in place since I got it on November 2022.
This happened since the last update and it's stressful to have to deal with this while recovering.

Hi @BeeMagnolia - unfortunately with the symptoms you described your watch has developed an unrecoverable fault.
Be careful charging, if it gets hot stop immediately.

I would suggest you contact Support again and give them more details about your case, since they have collected your information to see if there is anything else they can do for you.

That being my case as well, and considering the mutitude of reported issues of this happening after your last update would lead most ot believe that you release a bad update that caused damage to us all.
Is that the case, or will you do something to remedy this.
