Versa 2 is unresponsive

My Versa 2 stopped working. I tried turning it on but it is completely dead. Is there anything that can be done to bring it back to life?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the Versa 2 being unresponsive.

Can you answer the following, please?

- Are the LED lights on the back turned on?
- How long did you charge it?
- If you have not charged your Fitbit recently, we ask you to try charging it for 2 hours.
- When you connect your Fitbit device to the charging cable, does it vibrate?
- Did you try the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
