Versa 2 notifications and data syncing issues

My app does not show any notifications ..no steps, sleep, etc. My Fitbit shows steps, etc but nothing on the app. It shows it has synched but it has not actually done so. Last synch shows as last evening. Nothing in the app is of any assistance in resolving this and No idea what could have happened to cause it.  I logged out and back in, turned phone off but no changes. 
Im paying for the premium service but I’m not receiving anything today. How does this get fixed?

I tried reconnecting to blue tooth but it won’t connect. My app shows calories but nothing else ie steps, sleep, etc.

@MaryLouLambert Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the notifications and data syncing issue that your Versa 2 and app are experiencing. By the way, thank you for trying to get these issues resolved before contacting our forums.

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, set up your watch from scratch. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if it syncs its data to the app.

Regarding the notifications issue, follow the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
