Versa 2 only flashing Fitbit logo

Didn’t wear by V2 for 10 days but left it in the charger. Went to put it on this morning but all it does is flash the logo. Says it’s charged, but nothing is happening. It’s less than 6 months old! How VERY frustrating, Fitbit, tell me how to fix it or send me a replacement!

Thanks for your post and bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device? 

 

Let me know if the issue persists and if further assistance is needed.
