Hello, I have an iPhone 11 with the latest update and have the Fitbit Versa 2.
I’m having trouble with the Fitbit connection outdoors. Whenever I try to track exercise outdoors, the gps doesn’t pick up or the route is patchy/incorrect and intermittently shows ‘connecting’ on the watch.
It sometimes works but I always have to keep opening up the app first on my phone which is annoying, particularly when cycling and the phone is in my bag! When I do open the app however, it constantly states at the top ‘no internet connection’ but there is connection as other notifications from different apps come through.
I’ve ensured that mobile data is on for the app but not sure what else can be done. Thanks.

Hi @Emma-H, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's experiencing connection issues outdoors. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try in case the connected GPS feature is still experiencing issues.
Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the connection issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
