The other day at work, my phone notified me my Versa 2's battery was low. At 20% battery, I knew for certain it would last the rest of the day, so I dismissed it. The watch began to vibrate at intermittent times, with no notifications. I looked up a solution, and an old forum post said to do a factory reset. I did this and after struggling to get it to reconnect to my phone, finally got it set up again. Only the problem persisted. I finally got the chance to see it firsthand; it is randomly restarting. Even after a full charge, it is restarting intermittently. Sometimes it can go for a full hour, other times it will restart twice in under 5 minutes.
I decided to do another factory reset. It is currently downloading the firmware update, but I encountered a new issue while setting it up. I connected it to the Wi-Fi for a faster download, as the app suggested, but after reaching 5%, a red X appeared on the watch screen, and it suddenly went back to the welcome screen, telling me to download the app to set up the watch. I tried 2 more times to download the update over Wi-Fi, and both times it repeated this problem. I am now downloading over Bluetooth, which seems to be working so far. But if it keeps restarting at random times after this, I'm going to be very upset. What else can I do?

Edit: after the second factory reset it is still randomly restarting
