I bought my mom a Versa 2 last year for Christmas. She told me last week that swiping up doesn’t bring up her Today stats. I powered the watch off and it worked again. Today she tells me that it’s still doing that, but now the battery isn’t lasting. She said it went from fully charged to 0 in a single day. She doesn’t use it for anything fancy but to tell time and count steps. What can I do with it? It has worked fine until a few weeks ago.
I’d contact support since its still under warranty.
