Versa 2: "Data not cleared, sync and try again" message

Having issues. Cant conect fit bit cant clear the messaged. 

 

Tried uninstalling and reinstall nothing working 

 

HELP!!!!

Let me share with you that the reason why your Versa 2 is currently displaying such error message is because the firmware update of your device wasn't completed. That being said, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Hi 

tried all that and it still wont work, tried to use computer, no luck, each time it will find via bluetooth but then wont connect,

Still been 4 weeks and still unable to use my fit bit due to this issue
