Device: Versa 2
Phone: Xiaomi Mi Mix 3
OS: Android 9
UI: MIUI 11.0.4.1
The Versa connected to the phone fine. It syncs and updates properly with the Fitbit app. However, I can't get notifications (incoming call, text, email) to work. I go into the Fitbit app, click on the Versa 2 device, click on Notifications and try to set up the notifications and I get the "Notification Service not running" error. I think others have pointed this out as well and I did everything that was suggested in earlier threads. Reloaded the app, cleared cache, turned off battery optimization, turned off MIUI optimization, etc. but no dice.
Is there any roadmap or schedule for debugging this and identifying a fix? I like the health functions of the watch and want to keep it, but it would be *really* nice to have the notifications working.
Thanks!

@CrazyHorse99 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Thank you for reporting this and for troubleshooting the issue. At this time the team is aware of this issue and working on a resolution but no set timeframe is available. Still I appreciate your patience in this matter.
I'll be around.

Hi
I still cannot believe this function is not fixed! I contacted Fitbit in October about this issue and I have had the exact same reply each time, saying "no set timeframe". Well, when is it going to be fixed? I've spent over £200 on your product and it seems like no one is brothered!
