Versa 2 randomly shuts off after the update

My versa 2 (bought in February) has started randomly shutting off. It started after the last update. I have restarted it, I haven't changed the clock face yet because I have had the same clock face since right after I got it so I don't see how that would cause problems? I've noticed others have had this issue, had anyone had it resolved?

Hello there @peony12, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your Versa 2's recent behavior and for taking the time to troubleshoot it prior to posting here. I'll be glad to help you.

The clock face suggestion is only for troubleshooting purposes, you can switch it back to the original once the screen is back. Said so, I'd recommend the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Please confirm if you've restarted your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try to change the Screen Wake setting to manual, you can find the steps to do it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
