Why does my Versa2 die periodically before battery is low?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? This occurs randomly or when you're performing an exercise? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
