My Versa 2, which is a year old, is displaying the following:
Touchscreen was non reactive then the watch was displaying the wrong time and now it appears to be restarting in a loop.
What I have tried:
Hooking up to a computer through the charging station - computer message advised of device malfunction and Windows does not recognize.
Removed device from cell and went through setup process - app notified "not working"
Verified Versa charged. Attempted restart a number of times. Turned off bluetooth on mobile device. Turned on Bluetooth on mobile device - did not discover the Versa 2
It appears the device is stuck in a look that cannot be interrupted.
One of the YouTube trouble shooting videos indicated an antenna may be the issue but I do not know how to diagnose if this issue.
Please advise next steps.
