Versa firmware version won't update

Tried to change my clock face and the phone app tells me that I need to update my app/Fitbit. When I try to do that, there is no place that offers me an update. I have tried resynching the phone, reinstalling the phone app and hard-restarting the phone. Nothing works.....just changed it in early October with no issue but now nothing.

 

Reading online, it seems my firmware on the fitbit is out of date, but contacting customer support was useless as they said "you'll get a prompt when you need to update"...clearly, I have not!
