Recieved my versa 2 During Christmas and after Two months the touchscreen stopped to respond and it random reboots sometimes.
Have read that several other users have had same issues.
Please help me since I cannot use the versa like I want to.

I am sorry to hear the touchscreen on your Versa 2 stopped responding and reboots sometimes. I appreciate the additional details, I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:
Some users reported that changing the Screen Wake setting to manual helps with this issue if you would like to try that: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for the reply somewhat delayed but anyways...
Did not work, and the touch of the watch hasnt worked for months now.
I do want this fixed.
So what should we do?
