I have a Samsung s9 phone,I can only get text messages from people with iphones,I am not able to get them from android phones.I have had several conversations with fitbit about it and they have not been able to resolve the problem,one other thing is if someone calls me from a android phone ,It shows on my watch that they are calling ,but never do i get a text message ,help,lol

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you're receiving notifications only from people with iPhones. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation? To fix this, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi Ricardo,thank you for responding,like I have mentioned ,a rep from
fitbit had me do all kinds of resetting and they spent over an hour on the
phone with no help,he said he would escalate the problem and get back to me
.So I thought maybe some one in the community might have had the same
problem.
