Versa 2 repair/replace assessment

My Versa 2 stopped working whilst swimming.  It is just outside the warranty period.  For my insurance to repair/replace I need a damage report.  Where in South Africa can I send it for an assessment?

Hi @0giesZA  there is no repair or service center to send your device to for such an assessment. Is there a retailer, such as Best Buy, which has a Geek Squad, that might give you such a report?

I have contacted the retailer I bought it from and I'm waiting on their
