My versa 2 died in early sept . This was my second watch my original died 1 and 1month after I bought it so out of warranty. I took fitbits 35 % discount and got another one. My new watch was under warranty so fitbit stated they would replace . I mailed in the prepaid envelope on sept 20th . I checked back in with fit bit on oct 7 and the watch was still in transit to their facility. They stated delivery date to fitbit facility would would be oct 25. Checked in today and fitbit claims they have still not received watch. Delivery date is now Nov 9th a full 50 days after I mailed . Poor products horrible customer service buy something else
