Hi, I am having some issues with the accuracy of my GPS with my Fitbit Versa 2. It doesn't track anything near what I am actually walking/running. (it doesn't even follow roads or paths, it just goes of a free for all through people's backyards and through the forest)
I have browsed the answers available on the community, but nothing seems to be working for me. I have made sure the app can run in the background, and am making sure the app and GSP are properly connected and synced before starting. I have also removed and reinstalled the app to ensure everything is up to date with no success. My Fitbit Charge 2 did a better job of tracking and I am not too sure what is going wrong with the versa. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi @carbc, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the inaccurate GPS data that your Versa 2 has tracked. By the way, thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. This article contains troubleshooting steps that you may have already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your activities and see if it tracks accurate GPS readings.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
