Versa 2 screen acting odd

  • My versa 2 has just stopped working showing a green then black screen tried the reset button still nothing

Hi there, @Lynzi_85. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2's screen has stopped working. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I will do my best to help you! 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have reseted it and tried to set it back up but I can't the screen is just black
