my versa 2 has started to not respond to touch. It keeps the time and counts my steps but I can not get it to log my daily workouts anymore. When my alarm goes off in the mornings I can't turn if off because the screen is unresponsive. I have to press and hold the button down to re activate the screen. It has got worse over the last few days. I tried a compete factory reset but it is still playing up. What can I do now?

Regarding the screen and logging data issues that your Versa 2 ha experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
