Versa 2 screen and side button not responding

My screen and the side button aren't responding. Its not in night time mode and I often can't scroll across. The screen gets stuck halfway between screens. 

Sometimes it works fine and then suddenly, it'll just stop. I've had it for about a month and it hasn't been near water.

Hi @Mezversa2, since your button and screen do not work, call Customer Support. You're eligible for a replacement watch. Regards kuzibri
