Versa's screen went blank

My Fitbit verse screen is blank/won’t turn on. It was working fine and all of a sudden it had white vertical lines on the screen. It then eventually went off completely. I have tried charging it and nothing happens. I have also tried to reset it several times and nothing is happening. It looks like the screen is on, just black/completely blank.

@Lynn2133 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its screen showed vertical lines and went off. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, sync your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thank you for your help my friend @NellyG.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Hello, I tried what you suggested and it did not work. Now it seems like it won’t turn on at all even though it is charged.

I am having the same problem. I was wearing my fitbit earlier today when I tried to set the timer. The fitbit kept going to another app instead so I shut it down. When I turned the fitbit back on I had white vertical lines on the screen. Now it is completely black. I tried changing the clock face to a face by fitbit but that didn't change anything. I've tried restarting my fitbit but it won't even turn on now. Help!!! I need my fitbit!
