I went swimming with my Versa last week and realised it had gone blank, assumed the battery had died but then it tried to come back to life (buzzing and flickering screen) and now no screen at all. It buzzes a little if I hold done the back button and seems to be connected to the app on my phone but still no screen. I've contacted support who told me to do the reset but that's not working. Any other ideas?

Hi @GrubbyDuck I have contacted support and they advised me to try the trouble shooting but that didn't work unfortunately

If you go back to support & advise them you have done full fault finding diagnostics etc., I am sure they will help you further. I have raised your issue to the moderators to ask them to come & assist you too.
