Versa 2 screen and steps issue

This is my first smartwatch and let me say I'm disappointed. It will not swipe or count steps when I hit the side button to check the time sometimes it does not even come on this has made me mad. I have done all trouble shooting that I have read in these forums and now fitbit wants a video. I don't get it. My watch is under warranty what the hell? It does not work
