I have a brand new only 5 weeks old Versa and the screen is not responding. It is fully charged, I have reset using side button but still not responding. I have read that it needs a factory reset. How do I do this and WHY should I need to do this after only 5 weeks. It seems from reading other posts that this has been an o go problem for several years.

Thanks for sharing that your Versa 2 screen isn't responding correctly, as well for trying the restart process. I understand where you're coming from as your brand new watch shouldn't be having this issues. I got in touch with our Support team and I was informed that you already have a case created with them.
