Versa 2 screen and syncing issues

My FitBit Versa 2 is 10 months old. It has no external/visible damage. The screen has recently started giving me problems which have only gotten worse over a number of days. At first the screen stopped responding to touch which was especially challenging for ending workouts. Then it would randomly flicker black and white or flash a white light, and this morning I woke up and it is just showing the logo and will not sync with the app. It won't restart or respond to anything. Please help urgently!

Hi @mngomane, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen and syncing issues that your Versa 2 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 manually as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps included in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the screen works and it syncs properly.

Thank you I have done what you have suggested. The watch is on again
however *the screen is still not responsive to touch (i.e. swiping or
tapping). *

I have also attached videos of what the watch has been doing.
