Versa 2 screen became erratic

Yesterday, my screen froze on the Waveform screen -- wouldn't swipe elsewhere.  Then the screen started being caught between 2 screens.

Last night it wouldn't go on.  I have repeatedly tried to reset by holding the left button -- mostly I get the logo and then nothing else.  Once I actually restored the Waveform theme screen, but it only lasted a few seconds, then the screen went blank again.

I tried changing the clock screen as suggested (though I'm already using a Fitbit screen)  but nothing happened.

The Versa is still syncing to my phone.

Any suggestions?
