Versa 2 screen broken / cracked

I received my versa 2 last December as gift from my insurance company. So don't have purchase information. But do have box. A couple of months ago I bumped into a wall and was surprised to see the crystal / screen had cracked. I have never cracked a watch screen in all the years of wearing a watch. I have tried to find a place to get it replaced with no luck. Can anyone point me to a place I can send it get it fixed. I live in Wisconsin.

I'm sorry to hear about your damaged Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting us.

Currently, there are no reparation centers to fix Fitbit products and the Fitbit Warranty does not apply "to damage or defects caused by (a) use with non-Fitbit products; (b) accident".

Sorry Fitbit has so little care for their customers. This device has turned
me on to better care of my health. When this thing goes south on me I will
probably look for a replacement from a company that has more interest in
careing for their customers needs. (If you don't take care of your
customers someone else will. ) I suspect moisture will be it demise with a
cracked screen. Well I see how long she lasts.
