Versa 2 screen came off the watch

Hi, Fitbit versa 2 less than 2 1/2 years old, went swimming and when I got out the screen was hanging off. Seal was damaged and sticky. Only in water half hour! Meant to be waterproof.  Can this be repaired? Where do I take it where I brought it from?  Many thanks.

Hi @Shawanne  there is no repair facility for these devices. Depending on where you live, the warranty is one year in the USA and two years in some European countries. No idea why your screen came out. You could contact support to see if there are any options available to you. click to go there.

Hi @Odyssey13  thank you for reply.  I’m in England and think warranty is two years here. I might ring Fitbit see what they say. It’s not like my Fitbit is old either is it!  Thanks 😊
