My screen fell out of my versa 2 for no reason at all

Same thing happened to my versa lite. Looked down and it’s just hanging there.

The only solution to this issue is to contact Fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I find calling them directly or live chat the best way to communicate.
