Versa 2 screen came off

I have had my watch for over a year and have loved it. I went on vacation and went in the pool first day. Never an issue and At 4’ deep it’s less than what it’s rated for. 

I looked not 1 minute in, and the screen popped out and the glue/seal was all messed up. No idea why this happened

 

i don’t typically shows with it but didn’t think this was an issue . Now it’s dead I think w all the internal electronics wet. Anyone hear about this? Never saw this anywhere
