The face just popped off my Versa and is dangling so it’s sitting on the table . This morning I see my heart beat is active and in normal range for me ? Nothing else us registering, this is just weird
Hi. The face detached from my Versa 2 last year. It was hanging by a foil strip. I called the customer service team, and I was sent out a replacement Versa 2. When I looked online, it seems it's a common issue.
Thanks for the info. I’ve been wearing a fit bit for eight years. the first one they replaced after 4 years and this one they offered a discount , so I ordered a new one right away . I probably shouldn’t have rushed into replacing it but I am quite addicted to it 🤷:female_sign:But if this one breaks I might look into a different watch since it hasn’t been without our issues.
