Versa 2 screen colors faded and shaking

A couple of days ago, my screen seemed dimmer but not enough for me to be sure. Last night it went crazy, the colors shaking and streaking. It’s still recording correctly though. Today I did a factory reset. Seemed to resolve for most of the day then did the same thing for a few minutes. Then went back to normal (for the moment).  It hasn’t been dropped or hit. No damage.

1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
