Versa 2 screen corrupted

Since the weekend spontaneous came a white vertical line on the left of my display. This morning there came another white line next to the first line. My screen is getting darker which makes it difficult to read what's on the screen.

On the forum I read more people having the same problem. How can I fix this? A reset doesn't made any sense.

Hi there, @fitilse. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

Since the restart you tried hasn't worked, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My whole screen has white lines all over it. I started having screen issues right after the last update. It seems like every update the fitbit is trash. Do better Fitbit

Thanks for your fast reply. I tried your suggestion to change my clock face. Unfortunately it didn't fix my problem. The lines are still there.

 

Do you have another suggestion?
