Versa 2 screen corrupted

My screen won't display properly. It is a grainy yellow block. Clock, nor other display screens will not show. I've tried updating app and syncing, shutting it off, turning off bluetooth and back on. I don't know what else to try.

Hello @Kjudy1

I’d try restarting your Versa 2. Just press down and hold the button until you see the Fitbit logo then release the button. You should feel it vibrate telling you the restart is down. If that doesn’t work try changing the clock face through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. I’d try to change it back to the original clock face or at least try one made by Fitbit.
😃 Hopefully this resolves the problem. Please come back and tell me how it goes

I've tried your suggestion several times. I can't change the clock face because I can't get passed the yellowish screen. It won't allow me to do anything else in the watch. Also, I've had to recharge it 2-3 a day the last several days. This is not normal for my watch.

@Kjudy1  The changing of the clock face is actually done through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. Your not required to change the clock face directly on the Versa 2.

I couldn't get anything to work to resolve my issue so I reached out to Fitbit and they are replacing my unit.
