My verse 2 screen is so dark that I can’t really see anything. I tried restart and deleted the app and added it back . I’m unable to see settings button on watch to reset. What else can I do?

Hi @Angw415 - in good light it with a magnifying glass did you try pulling down twice from the top of the screen and tap the 2 white bars to open Quick Settings and making sure the moon icon is not in Sleep mode?
If not try swipe left and tap on Settings and change brightness to max or auto.
If neither help the watch may have a fault but try fully charging and even changing clock face first.
If it's still unusable the last resort option is a factory reset, but that may fail and then you can't use the watch at all and probably won't fix the watch if is faulty.
If the watch got wet recently this could be the cause of the fault, make sure it doesn't get hot while charging as that can be dangerous.
