Versa 2 screen doesn't turn on

Hi, my Versa started flashing white. After that when I turned it on, the touch wasn't working. By now I can't even turn it on anymore. Wondering if it's a short circuit...

 

I was swimming in the pool before this started. Did it many times before without any problem.

Hi @Reese98 That doesn't sound good at all. Have you tried Restarting  it? If not give that a try and also try a factory reset if you can. If it is still under warranty then contact Fitbit Support

I tried charging it and restarting but it didn't work. I did contact online support.
