Versa 2 screen failure

I also had the white line and now the screen has died.  All I have now is an orange lined face.  You can faintly see the display but not enough to use it.  Screen failure.  The end.  So sad!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bostie. I´m sorry to hear about your Versa 2 screen. 

 

Please restart your watch in order to remove the orange lined face: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

 

Let me know how it goes.

I have this same problem and restart didn’t help.
