I purchased fitbit versa 2 from Costco around a year ago and the screen just came off. Contacted support and it was replaced. To my surprise the replaced one after couple of months have same issue. When I contacted support, they asked to return the damaged one and I have to pay for the shipping. That came as a total surprise. Anybody has similar experience?
