Fitbit won’t sync

My Fitbit Vera keeps saying it can’t find my device and help person tile me to factory reset and it hasn’t helped I’m angry frustrated and depressed can anyone help

Happened to me too! So I talked with customer support and she had me 1) turn off my Bluetooth 2) hold the side button on my Versa 3) after turning Bluetooth on (after about 10 seconds) open up the Fitbit app and it should sync.

I have tried that but it didn’t work. I am going to have to contact customer support again thanks for ur help
